OK you first need American measuring cups... for Americans that is easy.. for UK you can get them from Amazon.co.uk for a few poundsCARROT CAKESift together:-1 ½ Cups = c plain flour1 C sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp salt.Add:-2/3 C vegatable oil2 eggs1 1/4 C cooked and mashed carrots1 tsp vanilla½ C raisins½ C walnuts nutsMix until moistened. Bake in greased and slightly floured 9x9x2 pan at 176°C (350F) for 35 mins. Cool 10 mins. and remove from pan. Top with cream cheese frosting.200g (Philadelphia) Cream cheese50g Butter1C Icing SugarEnjoy
