  1. Is there any way you could add a Like button as in youtube or facebook? (but not linked to facebool)
I don't wanr to clutter the comments just to say 'This was a good post' when I have no other comment or question.
A Recommend/Like button for comments will be nice too

    2. Remove the 'unhelpful' button and keep the just other two.

  3. Thank you for this blog and for your fight against our illness. We may not always have the same opinion, but you are ready to listen and to transmit us your research work as well as your opinion on all scientific publications related to MS. All the luck and happiness for 2013. Full success with the Charcot Project.

  5. Adding another big thank you for the blog and the education. I have been diagnosed for four years now and want to understand as much as I can about new theories, research findings, potential therapies etc - I check out the site every day.

Your generosity of time to keep the blog up to date and respond to our comments, on top of your day jobs, is really admirable.

Wishing us all a happy and healthy 2013
