How to get involved in Question Time Hangouts at ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS

We are broadcasting three Question TimAe Google Hangouts from the joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS conference each day. MS Researchers will start the discussion with new information that has been presented either in platform presentations or in the poster sessions. There won't be a quicker way to get the info!

How to get involved in the Question Time Hangouts:

If your not attending the conference, you can either watch the Question Time Hangout on the Barts MS Blog google+ channel, on our You Tube channel or sign up and join the discussion. As this is a Hangout On Air, lots of people can watch the discussion but only 10 people can join and ask questions. So again, if you would like to be invited and notified when the discussion starts, email us your details: bartsmsblog@gmail.com Otherwise, if you have a question, just tweet us. You can view the conference programme here to see what's going to be presented.

If you are attending the conference and would like to share your research or something you’ve seen come along to be on the Question Time panel, we’ll be in Room 312.

  1. These QTs are pointless. It'll be the same old spiel as last year, year before that, even the year before that. You won't cover new ground, and you'll pore over the familiar subject of how complex progressive MS is and how you're making great strides, though nothing will materialise for another decade.

MS is an industry, not a disease.

  2. Thank you for your comment. We are doing the QT's to provide an opportunity for YOU to get YOUR voice heard at the conference. You have the opportunity to speak directly to the people who are involved in this 'industry', as you describe it.

We do not deny the fact that the research process is slow, but the conference is breaking new ground by allowing us to host these social media sessions. I urge you to take part and make your thoughts heard.

  3. Is there any way people can forward their questions prior to these start times? It may be hard otherwise for those that work.
